Description
this is highway 97 that runs along okanagan lake,BC. you can barely make out the Penticton sign on the hill across the lake.
the south okanagan has canada's only desert pocket, so different than the rain forest BC is known for.

my Mum lived in Penticton during WW2, somehow I had imagined it was greener than this, but maybe this was taken during a dry spell?
