Description

again inspired by Pandoras beautiful jungles. Took 15.5 hours to render and 1.5 day to create...lol Hope you like it and thanks for all comments and favs on my soultree! Credits: Wabes moss, gnarly roots branches for the bromelia from Barry Marshall, waterfall by Forester, those big gnarly roots are created by me in "Art of Illusion"

Wow, I know it's on Pandora, but it looks like a scene from a King Kong movie. Stellar ambiance and misty jungle effects in this one, Ulla! You sure spent a lot of time on this winner.

You have created a truly spectacular image...love the soft lighting, atmospheric effects and colors. The twisting tree limbs draw the viewer through the picture and the foliage provides amazing detail. Superb!!!

It's funny, as a Star Trek fan I look at this and I can hear James Horner's music that played in the scene in which Admiral Kirk and a bunch of scientists saw the effects of the "Genesis Device" for the first time...it was a lush forested scene with great music and I can hear the music as I look at this. As for the work by itself...the time it took really paid off and you created a beauty here. This is wonderful...I love the idyllic mood; it's very relaxing...at least if there are no hungry dinosaurs around. It looks primordial in a way, and so you never know what big, hungry reptilian thing might just be standing out of the frame. Great work, I like this quite a lot!
