I like the sky and the water texture is OK too. You could put in a couple of dolphins about 1 cm from the horizon. (One jumping out of the water and one with the fin sticking up). Then I would build some mountains in the right corner, creating a beach. Your water has a good texture but the lack of transparency cuts your stones a bit too sharp.

hot and pensive. the only suggestion i have is some yellow highlights on the rocks and 'wet' areas on their edges where waves have lapped. good design.
