Description

The picture today, taken from a different vantage point, with a few obstacles, shows the fruits of the ongoing work done by scooping pumps to restore the fields to the normal condition. The building that you can see through it was covered with water up to the roof, so a lot of water has been removed and it is thought that next month may be removed whole. Meanwhile back here to be seen faucets, shrubs and all that had vanished from sight. Good day Thanks for the comments and the favourites of previous image!

It takes very little time to fill a landscape with water and such a long time to remove it. Great shot through the grasses across the devastation.

Certainly great progress has been made and I hope that next month it will be back to normal. Those skies still look as if they threaten rain. Progress...and a beautiful photo too.

This looks beautiful and so cold. The heavy folds in the clouds, bare trees, wind blown grasses and cool tones add to the coldness of the scene. This has lovely composition and color and depth! Excellent image! I am glad the end is in sight for the removal of the water. I hope that the cleanup and repairs for damaged homes will move quickly. Buona giornata e buona domenica

Wonderful to see how much water was been pumped out. Great POV Mario. I love the shot through the tall grass. We call it Pampas Grass in the US. Dana
