Description

Pretorian's Tomb Guard Duty ☺ This is the end of the graveyard shift, one standing ready, while the other are relaxing ... I moved out of the beginers gallery now. I still need to learn a lot of stuf, I will appreciate any comments ☺

Ok, I see many improvements here. Now the scene is being filled with characters, and props - it looks more lived in. I also see very well defined shadow and light areas and there is a bright light foreground and a dimly lit background. The scene is taking on structure. There is also finely done point lighting from candles in background and they are casting nice shadows. Now we need to work on foreground ray trace shadows. They are too black and with very sharp edges. Try turning down your shadow depth to 0.6-0.8 and make your edge blur about 2.0 - move it up from 0 some distance. Less depth and softer edges will make for a more realistic shadow. Overall much better. You are learning quickly.

This is a wonderful scene.The characters look a little stiff but the posing comes with practise. The more you play the more you learn. We all started out just the same as you. Your doing great. Welcome.
