'fraid not... it sort of looks more like Tsavong Lah, anyway. Actually, I've just done up a much better Yuuzhan Vong MT for Victoria 3 that's much closer to some of the images in the NJO Sourcebook... still working on a better amphistaff and then the vonduun armor.
