Oooh, a bee-fly (one of the names for the more hirsute sort of mock bee.) I've tried to capture a few of these beauties but all I got were hover-blurs. They're skittish and must have seen me coming. Great clarity and color, as always, and I like the fact that you reveal that fly-shaped head--they're usually always flat in back! Not much room for a brain pan is there? Oh well...this is a fantastic shot.
