Description

This is near my home in the northwestern mountains of North Carolina. Isn't it beautiful? I took this photo yesterday. Here in Boone we are all a little tired of the snow and having to deal with so much snow. We wonder if the kids will ever finish school with so many days missed. Toughest winter in many years and on top of that we just found out we are supposed to get socked once again tomorrow with another big snow storm (10+). I'll keep on shooting. Have a great week! Awesome capture! Just be glad that the dark low hanging cloud cover is only harbouring a snowfall...if it were three or four months later into the year...it would probably be spawning a funnel cloud.
