Description
Three little puppies looking for food in a gas station in Romania (city of Ramnicu Valcea). Shot taken back in '05... stray dogs are a major problem in Romania, especially in the large cities, and it's not the administration who doesn't want to clean up the unsafe streets, but all those human societies who ask to let 'em free...
Today's joke:

I believe well that the problem is mondial . All these people who do not think that with them simply?? Imagine if they have children. Not funny. The egoïsme is a savour that only have délecte alone. But I then to change the world but with the less , good if I then to open the eyes with these it would be well. Escuse me my friend. I digress of the times. Unfortunately I've seen worse, replace the puppies with neglected and orphaned children and you have the Sudan and many other African Countries. It's a shame on Humanity that the most helpless, Man and Animal alike, suffer the most in our so called Civilized society. Peace

Oh! That is too funny, the joke, that is! It is sad about the puppies too! By treating them that way, I think it is more inhumane. Who feeds them and what mischief don't they get into after grown! What a mess. Great photo too!!
