Description
Our church is doing a 40 day fast and we had to give up something we love for that time. My Pastor recommended for me, the internet. YEAH! Like that would happen, I'm a corporate webmaster. I have to work. Anyway, after much thought I decided to (shudder) give up two things, fast food cheeseburgers along with Poser/DAZ3D rendering. AArrgghhh!!!! WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!
But fasting and prayer avails much, Soooooo, In the interim, I decided since Bryce 5.5 is free (free is good), AND I've not worked with it yet, I'll go for it!
This is the "Tutorial" scene, but you know me, can't leave well enough alone. Was "supposed" to be some mountains and a lake in the desert. I thought, "What good is a lake with nothing to use it?" So, I incorporated a few coconut palms. :o)
Personally, I think the sand is too light (having lived in SE Arizona a couple of years), but maybe other deserts are this bright. lol
