Description

a simple work for the Valentine. Better viewed in full size. ***************************************** St. Valentine's Day in my country is rather different from other countries. Originally,it was the special day that girls give chocolates to their favorite guys and confess their love. In these days,we should give chocolates to the guys who work together. (It's called 'Giri(duty)-Choco'.) Why chocolates only? Actually,chocolate-giving custom was invented by a chocolate company as one of their marketing campaigns. (It was more than 50 years ago.) In return,the guys who were given chocolates have to give some gifs back to the girls on the day called "White Day." It's March 14th,just a month later. When it started,people used to give marshmallows as a gift,that's why it's called "White" Day. But these days,they give various gifts like candies,cookies,flowers,scarfs,clothes,jewels and so on. Recently,girls had started giving chocolates to their friends of female. It is called 'Tomo(friend)-Choco'. In addition,they had started giving to themselves. It's called 'My-Choco'. Me? Off course bought 'My-Choco'! I know these are really funny customs. But this is the wonderful season for me to taste various chocolates from other countries! ***************************************** Thank you for taking time to look!
