I am a recent graduate of The Ohio State University Masters of Landscape Architecture program and partake in in CGI for work and my own amusement. At the moment I am also in the process of creating a texture CD with a colleague which may be available for sale on this site in conjunction with my own personal site- www.landworkscgi.comBIOI currently have more biographic data, portfolio works, and free textures if anyone is interested at www.landworkscgi.com

Well a word of advice about Sasquatch.Treat it like textureing and wait till you get everything done first.it slows your progress with your whole scene.Model everything in your scene and keep sas in the back of your mind just like textureing keep them in ther back of your mind of how you will want the textures to work with your scene. This is a real big problem I have.I spend time on seeing how cool everything looks with the textures on and applying textures instead of working 'modeler' and creating the scene. If you cant wait to see how Sas is working with your scene do this;Pick one object, click on it.Most probrably you would want the land object but it works with any.Next step use press'F11' and it will render only one object but it will let Sas go on and render. So you have a relly fast scene render but Sas kicks in also.In total it will speed the whole thing up.Another thing, you need to hang at the yahoo groups(link found at worley labs) cause there are some presets to kick things off if you are stuck. One last thing, you know that you can layer as many Sas layers as you want,so one layer you can have greens and the next yellows and the next browns and so on.Depends on how extreme you want to go.Looking great though youre doing a great job!

nice, i agree with wgreenlee1 , you might want to scale down sas alittle to to much grass throw some patches in there you need some bare spots with some more rocks and roots sticking out jitter the heck out off the rocks need some pebbles smaller rocks to offset the bigger rocks there is a great little rock program that generates really neat rocks and saves them as dxf format allin all were is the lawn mower :0] michael
