Description
I know, I know..terrible title! lol but really , I couldn't think of anything. Just having a little fun with The Girl 4 since I haven't done a lot with her.
Hair is hand painted by me in PsP 8. It's been awhile since i've done that too. Bubbles are also created by me.
The girl is Emma bye Adiene and Freja
