The first artist of time is God, don't you think so?
We all learn by watching each other, and I am happy to find myself involved in such an adorable and creative community as Renderosity.
My first creation media was poetry when I was 12, and I definately fell in love with music at the age of 16 when I bought my first guitar... I still enjoy playing, composing and singing when my mood affords it :)
My interest for pictural art started later on, in my early 20's. I discovered a huge universal media capable of causing immediate impact just like music... I will always remember my art teacher in university, he would not teach us how to draw but HOW TO WATCH....
I started making physical collages 3 years ago, and also enjoy the pleasure that comes out of manipulating things, people, objects, mood and texture with Photoshop and sometimes Bryce and DAZ, too.
Hope you enjoy your visiting my gallery,
Elisabeth

I totally love the crows and cats you put in. Are you gonna do a disaster series?

I love the way you incorporate surrealism into so many of your works, and here, it's aged like a classic sepia print: that whole photographed surrealism vibe works incredibly well! I also like the disproportionately large cats, or maybe the disproportionately small horses? Either way, the shift in size really calls attention to the mood of the piece rather than it's literal aspects, and it's always the non-literal stuff that's so darn interesting! The crows in flight are simply perfect! The whole fact that the animals depicted here are largely black. There's nothing ominous or dark about this image, to me, and yet there are "dark symbols" which seem more playful than anything else! I like that, because it seems to peel away preconceptions and provide a little playful surprise, and well...I love playful surprises in art! They're always free! This is fantastic stuff!
