Makes me think of old oil paintings of a Hunting Still Life...fur and feathers. I think it's lovely...and an appropriate theme for a winter still life...certainly no fruit and flowers to paint just now.

What I really love about you is that you are always looking for untread paths. This image is another example for this attitude. I like the coloring, I am also in a blue/orange phase and the fluffy textures.
