As MrsRatbag, Auntiek, and Wysiwyg know, the Pacific Northwest is a touch on the damp side, not much mind you, but enough so that moss has a little bit of a chance to grow. I hope that everyone has a great weekend Thank you all for the wonderful comments and faves Mike

Great capture !! Yes, I saw that also in Northern Calif as I lived there many years and we have a lot of mossy rocks in the woods here in Wisc too, And I do like to walk the woods a lot in summer, Nice image, I like it. [^__^] Cheers, Roger
