Yes, that's just what they did in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. "They" decided to raze all the old city parks and yes, put up parking lots And guess what?? No one uses them!!!

when this happen? I was there around 2000 and did not see theses. but then I was down the coast at the edge of town past where the big boats come in.

Wow, stellar POV of what we sure need in this overpopulated part of California, especially in the case of medical centers, Maz! I know of a few of these parking structures around town, but they need more.
