Description

Many years ago I used to fly a lot on business trips. Many a time I flew to cities where the airport seemed to be located smack in the middle if town. Prematurely obtained my gray hair.(A mild way of putting it.

Best viewed full size, that way you may just find the runway. Look for the green lights. Make sure your not searching for the traffic light.

You'll be in trouble if you don't (run straight ahead) I used to fly a lot into Wellington NZ, occasionally in a DC3, wind tossed and battered. Great photo.

This is fantastic, terrific, interesting, unique and very complex George. This turned out great. Nice background also. The lighting is perfect. Truly cracks me up. Really farout image. Where is the runway?? Your going to land on top of the town...Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours. So glad to see you back posting... Huggs... Silkylady...

Elnor the "Runway", if you look 5000 feet down @ 90 degrees (which is straight ahead of you) based on the world co-ordinate system and look for the green lights, well, you just might land the thing safely. Those pilots do indeed earn there money. In passing, my neighbor is a retired commercial air line pilot. Believe me when I tell you that he has told me some hair raising stories over a pint or two.

Safety is in understanding the projection not elevating the hysteria. Xenophobia is for the aggressive unheeding and trusting in sure deliverance by trapped fear.

Given the normal human inclination for error.. I would expect many more crashes than we hear about. Heck, I sometimes can't seem to write 10 lines of code without crashing my PC...lol. Lucky for me... nobody dies. Also lucky I don't write code for Jet Computers..hahahah. Super image ol Man.. hope all's going well on the home front and you're keeping warm. Bravo and best wishes from Dave :^)

Omg this is genius george it's so darn gone realistic I feel like I am in the pilot seat ,and I did that once in my lifetime in spokane when i was dating this guy he had a water plane and let me take the controls and two days later he helped me while I landed it lol what a thrill ! I for one love to fly my family thinks I'm nuts (it pays to be a little nutty in this world: But I would never attempt this one that's for sure: This is just totally awesome excellent artwork!! hugs to my favs it goes..and yes elnor I see the runway::☺
