Description

If you have ever wondered where I get my sense of humor, you need look no further than my dad or step-mom. My oldest sister, Sandy was here for the weekend, (flying in from Charlotte, NC). For our last dinner together, mom cooked chicken and in the mix was some chicken feet. Sandy didn't see them on the plate at first and neither did dad, however as I was sitting down, I had a bird's eye view (pun intended) of the plates, bowls and platters. that was when I started laughing and then dad saw what was there and he started snickering as did mom. Sandy did not have a clue as to why we were laughing. (have you ever tried to say grace while trying to contain a belly laugh? it ain't easy) it was only after grace was said, that my sister kindda stood up and looked at the platter across the table and realized what it was that the rest of us were laughing about. So, instead of faes tonight, you all get a chance to see what we had for dinner Sunday night! thank you all for the wonderful comments and faves I wish everyone a great week. I like shadownet's idea of a contest for the best band name for the Faes of Fae Valley. How say you? and maybe some ideas of lead singers, etc

Oh man, you're a true nut case, giggles!! Your house must be a riot to live in!! My kind of people .. certifiable. I cracked up at the chicken fingers comment, and who said that the one on the left was giving you the finger?? ROFL!! Anyway, contest is good .. I already got my name for the band in on the commnet under that post .. Shroom Bytes or Shroom Bytes (thinkingof Alice in Wonderland where she had a bite of the shroom) .. and the practically nekkid fae and the robo fae should be the two singers. Zlata should do occaisional solos, and I think she would make a wild drummer. And that's my take on the Band thing.

quite funny...but in China these things are considered a delicacy...was a big bruhaha over them not too long ago with US/China trade...i say, let them have all the US chicken feet they want, but stop ripping off the West's technology and media (they also like penises of various animals--careful guys)...

yak...lol...Mike, definitly not my kind of food...lol..I remeber once on a boat in china they served a special duck dish, which ment the whole duck including feet and head...shudder
