WOW! This is so sleek and clean, razor sharp in so many ways. The way the shadows seem to pick themselves out on those columns is superbly seen. I like your choice of monochrome too...for me, monochrome intensifies a particular emotional vibe and this really does that perfectly. Something in the spare lines and overall stark contrasts really heightens a sense of the mood, but I can't decide if I feel anticipation or a kind of meditative patience. Either way though, it works wonderfully, and this is a superb shot.
