I don't like the see through clothes, it's very unappealing. I think the big nipple stands out way too much with all the blue in the picture. Also maybe tone down her makeup a bit? Is she a good witch or a bad witch? if she's a bad one keep the makeup, but if she's good then the look needs to be less harsh more pure/natural. If the dress was a dark coloured cloth, then it would match her makeup better. Maybe try alternating the highlight angles and see if it looks better. It might not though, just test that out, it may eliminate the pattern that is created with having them all the same. Overall a good image
