this is super. read where you eat Avocado seeds it will help. it have b17 in it. I read where the longest liveing people on earth eat theses seeds like peanuts and they live in Asia. I ate some and it is hard but I cut them up so I can eat them. I think you use a food processer it be better. I Had no touble and noted I had no colds this year too.
