Description


The mushrooms or toadstools are 'fly agaric' and are poisonous. The white spots are pieces of membrane which are left deposited on the tops as it pushes up into the light. The fairies are for effect!

The irony of the poison mushrooms is that that type of mushroom is usually the one you see in children's books - they sure are pretty to look at but what were the authors/illustrators thinking of? Cool capture!
