I assume that we are looking through the windows instead of a reflection. I hope someone saved the stone work above the windows. Amazing that it looks like the top of the building is gone without breaking those windows. Very well done study of this studio. Dana

Wish they'd send that martial arts studio out my way--I'm still looking for a kickboxing class!! Great shot of this piece of that old building!

I've boxed a bit and kicked footballs all my life, but kick boxing always seems a tad below the belt for me! Call me old school! That UFC is just plain savage.

Really eerie to see it shell-like and jagged like this. I remember seeing highways on I10 in Houston, that were started, then abandoned for a long time when the money ran out. This was in the early 90s. I was driving through there a lot, and it was very strange to see the unfinished ends sticking out over the highway every time I went by. I am finding all of these imagess of this building very interesting, though sad. Excellent shot!

This image keeps calling me back. I come down here to write something, and then go back and look at it again. There's so much to see! That gorgeous running bond pattern ... is it still running bond when every other row is narrow like that? Wow. What a fantastic detail! I love the stonework, the corner window, the fact that the glass is still there, the clouds drifting by. (The title kicks a$$, btw. Excellent!)
