Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my work. I really do appreciate all your comments and views. This little fellow greeted me as I was getting ready for work this morning. I am so happy he let me take a few shots of him before taking off. I'm not sure, but I think this a finch.

I don't know what he is but he's a gorgeous little thing. Fantastic colors and clarity. How nice it must be to see something pleasant before work! This is an amazing shot with wonderful details.

Beautiful photo!! This is what we in the US call a zebra finch...and this is a male, easily identified by the orange cheek patch...Beautiful little bird! It must be SOOO neat to see him in the wild and visiting you!
