While I have long maintained that as Artists, we get our "inspirations" from many sources, including other Artist's designs or even a photograph...Some folks, maybe lacking an acute sense of self-awareness may not have that realization, or, simply cannot admit it to themselves. In my case, when outside inspiration happens; I have no qualms giving credit when or where it's due. Heck, I'll even dedicate the design to the specific source, :D, a little paying it forward if you will.
