Description

This is a payed commissioned work for book cover. This l book, is by one of the older Italian science fiction writer and is named "I miei mondi" (My Worlds). It is anthology of hard core sci-fi novels, with some vintage space technology twists. Rendered in Bryce 6 and Poser 7, color correction and graphic layout in Photoshop 6. Thanks a lot for the hints, now I find the image better! :) I think that my customer will like it too.

I like the over all look of your spaceman. Not too keen on his helmet. Alien I think. Also it doesn't go with that retro look you're going for. Lastly, something looks off on the scale of the rocket. I do like the composition. Looks just right for a book cover.

Magnificent!! A cover like this would really catch my eye and make me buy the book! I do have a gigantic sci fi library, and I appreciate good covers. Perhaps the rocket(wow,some cool retro!!)should have been a bit bigger ..?
