Description

Romani (Gypsy) Encampment - Preliminary scale study of photographic lighting ratios for larger render and import of DS male and female figures. Nighttime landscape with mix of natural ambient and artificial light. Five point photographic lighting technique. All models except for trees are created in Bryce.

You don't see these caravans anymore! I kinda miss them. I met a bunch of Romani people and got to like them--particularly the odd guy with a thing for Tyra Banks...go figure! None of that is related to this picture, but it brings those memories back to me in a sense. I love the details and the light and the sheer sense of realism. I'm skipping around in your gallery a bit, rather like playing hopscotch, but I love what I've seen so far. Your variety of subjects is amazing! I'm impressed.
