Description

NEO (Near Earth Orbit). One of Starfleet's starships has developed warp drive trouble and was able to limp back to earth before both drives failed completely. Another starship was dispatched to rescue the crew, who were busy outside trying to repair the drives, without any success. Using the transporter to rescue the crew was out of the question due to an approaching magnetic storm, so shuttle craft were dispatched to aid in their rescue. H3 characters and a few spacecraft meshes from STMC; http://www.trekmeshes.ch/. Rendered in Poser 6 with postwork in PS7. I got the idea for earth from a freebie here. I wanted a higher rez planet, so I built my own. Also had problems with banding on the freebie and couldn't figure out how to correct it. Sometimes, its just easier to start from scratch. Thank you for taking a peek! Your support is greatly appreciated!

You did a fantastic job on the planet. I love space scenes and this is really wonderful. I like the guy doing one-handed hand stand. Very nonchalant for being stuck in space. Lol. Good story too, glad they did make it back.
