The back is gray-brown and dark gray wings with clear blue-green band. The greenish-yellow bill, legs red-orange and brown eyes. The female is brownish-gray variegated uniform has blue-green band on the wings. The plumage is deep brown. The bill is slate color. The legs are red-orange. The young specimens are very similar to females. Size varies from 41 to 66 cm. Beautiful bright eye and wonderful detail and color! I love the bit of his orange feet that can be seen in the water. Gorgeous motion and highlights in the ripples in the water! Great reflection! There was a duck pond near where I lived as a child. We loved to see the Mallards there. Bella occhi luminosi e dettagli e dei colori meravigliosi! Mi piace il bit dei suoi piedi arancione che può essere visto in acqua. Gorgeous movimento e mette in evidenza nel increspature nell'acqua! Grande riflessione! Ci fu un papero laghetto vicino a dove ho vissuto come un bambino. Ci piaceva vedere la Germano reale lì. Buona giornata e Buona settimana
