Description

Finally gotten all of my tools updated & upgraded!So now I am using:: Lightwave 9.6, Vue 8 Studio, Carrara 7 Pro, this particular render is from Vue8 Studio. Really enjoying V8's new capabilities. This render took about 10 minutes at 1280x resolution. Used an infinite procedural terrain as my base, re-did the procedurals underlying it, added my own texturing in addition to some Vue 8 presets (also a couple regular terrains used for b/g elements).

Waves on the shore and colorful shallow water make this scene excellent. Even the thumbnail is inviting. I moved to the home of VUE because of the great Oregon scenery like this. It's not easy to work with inf-procedural scenes. You did a great job and your picture is so photorealistic!
