Reminds me of rescuing a robin one of our cats brought into the house...twice! (Normally I don't interfere, but inside the house is fair game as far as I'm concerned.)

Thank you shemale! Madbat, yes I have saved a few birds in my life too. Mostly little birds who banged their head in the front window! I would pour a little water on their head and then when they started to move I'd put them outside on the cedar hedge and watch them until they flew.
