a test render please somone give me some tips on the glass ball thanx

You need to add some refraction to the glass ball. I'm not sure how Lightwave handle refraction, but I'm assuming it should be the same in most applicatoins. So add about 1.5 or 2.0 refraction.

Glass has a refraction level of 1.517 If this is the same in lightwave or not? Don't know, but good place to start. (Water is 1.333) The higher the number the harder the substance, Diamonds are 2.417 and air is 1.00029. Hope this helps. Great Picture test by the way! :>
