Fishing What Comes Along
What an experience when I come along
A fish will hit you in the face
Lines seem to get tangled
And hooks get caught
Laughing in the air scares the fish
Sunshine in the air fresh baked
Falling into lakes and rivers
Feeling good all over pebbles
Don't expect to catch much
Distraction in the air when I come along

Wanted an image to go along with
and maybe a smile too
TP wanted a humorous
and since I forgot how to spell
a repeat in writing is in order

Of course the fish hit you in the face! It was its way of saying, "Hey, whatta do'in, I'm swimming here!" I gave up fishing when the fish started laughing at me. An excellent poem and image.

WoooHOOOOO, dear Hipps! GREAT artwork and writing! Brought a SMILE to this GRUMPY old man! GRINS. Btw: TallPockets once had his small rowboat out in the middle of a big lake. All of a sudden, he looked toward the end of his boat and WATER was coming into it from a HOLE in it. So, T.P. being PRESIDENTIAL material like he is, came up with a BRILLIANT idea! He quickly punched a SECOND hole in the OTHER end of his boat! WHY you ask? ... To let the WATER run OUT of course! ... WINK. AND, if THAT wasn't enough for ya' dear hipps: ANOTHER fishing time TallPockets found a place on the lake where he caught a TON o' fish! .... THIS time, he took a MARKER PEN outta' his fishing box and MARKED a BIG red "X" on the bottom of his boat inside so he could FIND the SAME place next time out! .... GRINS. TallPockets/brian.
