Description

Second of my Dave Seeley inspired pieces, and my personal favourite. I laboured over this one for ages and tried all sorts of new techniques and tricks. The background is kinda inspired by the Matte paintings of Dylan Cole (another hero). Bike is a freeby, been on my HD for a long time so I'm afraid I've forgotton where I got it from, but many thanks to the original creator. Thanks...Ian

Well you have certainly succeeded in your labor for this is a stunning image in composition, lighting, pose, and color. Reminds me of a high quality movie poster! I'm so pleased that you mentioned you took some time to do this. So many render an image almost nightly and waste the opportunity, and often have the skills to create something much better. Hope you plan to submit this to EXPOSE8 which has been extended until the 1st.

Tremendous fan of your work... unfortunately for the implied speed their hair isn't blowing convincingly enough.

One look at page 1 of your gallery reminds me how much I've missed not hanging out here. Too many good pics to see all today but now I'll at least get a heads up for anything new. Love your colors and lighting. Moe beat me to the punch, the portrait, while Gorgeous, lacks the speed implied by the rest of the pic. A big thanks for taking the time to giving her a personality, albeit peaceful for such an otherwise aggressive moment. Maybe that's the whole point. cheers!
