Description

My infinitely better half found this leaf, and thought it might make an interesting still life. I hope I didn't disappoint her :) Still learning about lighting a still life, I had to again lighten this one up in Paintshop. All criticisms/suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking, and comments.

Great effect! It definitely brings about that feeling of "dryness and roughness". A lovely idea and execution!
