WOW! What gorgeous, muted tones. I love that effect in photography, especially when it's coupled with that almost searing sense of realism. Brilliant work. The splash of color again reminds me of a Lomo photograph, though the whole image steers well clear of the Lomo thing and stands on its own...still...the association seems fitting in a way, simply because of the whole muted color/bright color thing. This is wonderful work that also seems to evoke something William Gibson would write in one of his novels. That's always a good thing for me and it's quite a pleasure when one piece of artwork inspires me to think of other associated works of art in different media/genres. Great, engaging work!
