Take a dead spruce tree in the rainforest, some spores floating through the air, a bit of a warm spell along with a whole lot of moisture and you get ....

Another unidentified mushroom? ;D I cannot ID it, but it is in the waxy-cap family. Excellent find and capture!

This is quite elegant. Fungi are such fascinating things and you captured these stunningly! I love their delicately pleated gills and the light in this is superb. As always, this is wonderful work!
