Description
This is a part of an old farmhouse which belongs to Olav Knutson Tveiten. Some parts of the farmhouse are from 1596. Olav Knutson Tveiten was member of the first Norwegian council (1814), he was also the sheriff in Valle community (and farmer too). The old farm (Tveitetunet) is now museum.

What a wonderful shot!! I love all the different textures and colors. And some parts of the farm are from 1596? Now THAT'S old! This building looks strong and sturdy, much as I think of the Norwegian people!
