NOW HOLD ON A MINUTE! If this offends you or makes your skin crawl, I promise the rest of the story is a "dramedy" about SELF ESTEEM and learning to be happy with who you are. I almost skipped this first page but the rest of the story would make no sense.
For those who got on board with the previous post, that story is waiting to be told at a later date.
Let's set the scene: The year is 1983. Didi is eighteen (I can't say that enough times) and her sister Kelly is ten. Their mother passed away four years earlier and they are being raised by their father.
