when apes are going ape things get hairy :) - he might not be the best gorilla that is - but definitely ugly and intimidating enough - excellent scene and composition! did you use sixus silverback? well - the daz gorilla doesn't look too realistic too - but with a decent texture set - think i saw one somewhere - can't quite remember ...

this is excellent, and a fav. The power realy shines through of the hairy fella, and the other poses sit so well in the scene. Just one thing that i noticed and it may be why you are not entirely happy with the image, is the eyes, they stand out too much, you get drawn to them and they dont, at least on my monitor, blend in with the other textures and colours in the set up, sorry , just an obsevation, not a crit. Dude, this is exquisite just the way it is. There really are not drop dead fantastic gorillas on the market right now, but you worked the hell out of this one! Well done.
