Description
Part 6. The Queen said the enemy Princess was now a slave and dressed her in hareem wear. Her first job was to look after Sir Edward which she did attentively albeit with some resentment at first. Each afternoon the Queen also visited. Edward could not understand why the Queen would not be jealous. Instead the Queen encouraged the Princess to look after Edward and be alone with him. He was beginning to transfer his affections to the Princess. Her broken English and strange customs only added to his fascination. What was the Queen playing at?
