In fantasy, I quess flags can be allowed to fly whereever it takes them. This is truly wonderfully realised, with just enough contrast to give definition without swamping the rest of the work. The flag also tells me it is not the Flying Dutchman; nor is it the illfated Ancient Mariner's 'painted ship upon a painted ocean'. Great work.
