Description
"Millions of students, teachers and parents rallied in schools and college campuses across California to
protest deep spending cuts to schools and universities. Bay Area
protests flooded streets and plazas, an temporarily shut down 880 in
Oakland.
Demonstrations, marches, teach-ins and walkouts occurred nationwide
Thursday ...in what is being called the "March 4th National Day of Action
for Public Education."
Just a few shots of today's events.
Caught on my way home. How could I resist.
Thank you for stopping by.

Good shot. Unfortunately there is no money in California, just a lot of debt.

I saw some of this on the television news...too bad it comes to cutting education.

It's this constant crying and demanding of more that has lead to the states fall. It's time they start doing for themselves. Stop asking others to pay their way.

Yes that is good but not enough, because not much is going to change because companies and big business own the government and money for the people and what people need is not going to be done at all, I seen it in the politics too many times people do not think unless it hits them in the head that is why we got far as we did. Problems in our country need to be rutted out from top to bottom regardless of who is who democrats or republicans or any one else. When government starts doing that than we can talk but also people need to start to think and not let others do there work.
