Description

Meet the " Willowglen." Its a hot August day along the " eastern gap " and a good day for photos. One looks across at the skyline of the city and see a black smudge of oil fired smoke belching from a steamer leaving its berth. Now " light ship " she steams full tilt boogie away from her berth and down the channel toward open water the " old man " antsy to make his next port of call, which he did one would suppose but also to the tune of $2500 bucks for inflicting his eagerness on the poor folk in Toronto with air pollution. A hard day at sea and a hard lesson from the pocket. Thanks for the peek..............

Well I am not breathing any easier yet ! - I know many gladly pay various fines - To them its just part of doing business - Say they make 10,000 - pay 2,500 - Good day to them 7,500 profit ! - Lets figure out a way to actually make them care ! - Thanks for a great view and a bit of food for thought :) Take Care
