this is near Phoenix and was taken on the trip of Jocko500 and myself last April.Jock may have posted a picture of the same cactus

someone eiter has tried to eat something very spiky and will not try anymore or someone was very upset and the poor cactus was the punching ball... however... a fine shot, Richard!

The grandfather cactus is the most loved of all cactus. It provides life for humans and wildlife... it is the center of the desert. Great shot.

I remember the cactus but I think they was deleted with my Las Vasge photos by mastake lol. I check before I delete nol. I did not post it. or a castus at all that I know of. claude19 may be right about a owl or some animil made a house there.
