Most of the wild bobcats I've seen here have a more brown to them but it may be that it is a seasonal thing. They are also typically stubbier in body shape. But then, I've not seen one in captivity - only in the wild and it could be just them in a defensive posture that does that. Really lovely look at this creature.

I saw one in the wild waiting on the side of the road in a dutchwaiting for me to pass to cross the road. A little small dog was running towards him barking his head off. I yell at the dog to leave the bobcat along. i keep going and do not know what happen. this is a very good shot

I have a Bobcat hide hanging in my bedroom.it was a gift from a friend in Monterrey,Mexico.I would never kill one except to protect myself.very beautiful cat and their fur looks much better on them and alive
