I dismantled my microscope and this is the result.

It's been ages since I've seen you post! Nice to see you have found the time to play again. The microscope tubes modelling and texturing are superb as always--you are wonderful with metal! The only thing I would change is the row of books in the back--I'd swap them for a more irregular set because the tubes and the box have such regular, repeated shapes it would be nice to mix it up a little. Or you could make dirt marks, water stains or stronger grain on the inner box lid--just something to break those strong diagonal lines. The little nicks on the box handle are a stroke of genius;-) --Fishcake

Thanks to all! I've been kinda busy lately but I will try to post stuff more regularly. The reason both the tubes and the box are so clean is that my original intention was to make them look brand new. I will probably dirty them up a bit and maybe do another background.

I counted to six tubes, is that correct? I also like the shiny metal. The wood on the insdide of the box looks a bit "plastic" to me, but otherwise great work.
