Description

This will be my last bird of prey for a while. I don’t want to wear them out. I took this one today. I find so many of these birds because I split my time in between two places. Where I live in Tieton I am only about a mile and a half to the mountains and where I live in Umatilla I am only about ten miles from a wildlife refuge. So between the two places I run across a lot of wildlife. I think this is my best eagle yet. I hope you like it. Randy

OMG this is fascinating and so beautiful and i am going out this morn in hopes of capturing a good shot of them we have several in a location where i live and my girlfriend got a wonderful shot of one so i gotta go and thanks for sharing this most awesome shot babe.

Oh, he is just magnificient. I remember the first time I ever saw one we were in northern New Hampshire and he was sitting in a fir tree and he was just so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes....
