A beautiful, peaceful looking lighthouse!!! I just love that house! It is very large and the lighthouse keeper and his family must have enjoyed that wonderful house a lot. I love how you were able to capture the photo just at the time that the outside porch lights came on!

We were lucky to arrive at the lighthouse on the way back to our hotel just as the sun was setting and the lights were coming on. All I really did in the retouch was green up the grass a bit and fog the photo edges to try for even more of a dream-like quality. It was really amazing actually being there as the sun was setting.

I'm really not that great of a photographer. I took a series of shots before I was actually able to get one with the beacon light on and facing the camera.
